As individuals, we view the world through filters that are based on our experiences, values, assumptions, etc. Those filters will either limit what we see or expand what we see. They impact how we perceive, what we think about our circumstances and how we show up for life.
The Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) assessment helps you see how your thinking and your life situations might be creating stress for you. It will also begin to uncover the internal blocks, which are holding you back from loving yourself.
The better question might be, what doesn’t this have to do with energy? Everything is energy!
Our thoughts, which come from our belief system - meaning how we view ourselves, others and the world at large. Thoughts create and trigger our energy levels. Our energy levels create our realities.
The assessment measures your Energetic Profile, which is your filter, or lens, through which you experience the world in all dimensions – spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical.
In our 90 minute, one-on-one debrief, you'll receive a 13-page results booklet detailing your personal energy and mindset blocks. Then I get to teach you about the seven levels of awareness and energy (the coolest thing I learned in school!) And you get to learn more about how you show up to life on a good day and on a not so good day.
The more conscious and engaged you are, the more productive and successful you can be in all aspects of your life as stress is reduced and productivity, pleasure, and the feeling of purpose increases.
All of this leads to a deeper self-awareness, which leads to self-love! Isn't that neat?
"The ELI assessment shed light on the patterns I unconsciously fall into when I'm under stress. This understanding helped me stop judging myself when I feel stuck, so I can move more easily into accepting myself and using my tools to solve the problem."
