Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI)

take a deeper dive into self-love

But wait, what does self-love have to do with energy?

This isn't the kind of energy you get from energy drinks. Here, we're talking about the mood and tone you bring to your experiences and interactions.

Our thoughts, which come from our belief system (how we view ourselves, others, and the world at large), create and trigger the types of energy we bring to our lives. This can affect our perceptions and how we see ourselves. I like to think of it as a spectrum from inner mean girl to inner cheerleader.

This assessment measures your Energetic Profile, which is the filter, or lens, through which you experience the world in all dimensions: spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical.

Understanding your filters helps you to see how you engage in life. This is important because as people become more conscious and engaged, they make fewer judgments of themselves and others, which causes their inner dialog to change. The ELI simply shows you where you are at today, and it challenges you to dig a little deeper into self-awareness, which leads to self-love! Isn't that neat?

In our 90-minute, one-on-one debrief, you'll receive a 13-page results booklet detailing your personal energy and mindset blocks. Then I get to teach you about the seven levels of awareness and energy. And you get to learn more about how you show up to life on a good day, and on a not-so-good day.

The more conscious and engaged you are, the more successful and happy you can be in all aspects of your life as your inner mean girl is quieted, and your inner cheerleader can shine through.

How to Measure

Bust
Measure around your body under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust.

Waist
Measure around your body at your natural waistline. Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, placing the tape around midway between your crotch and belly button.

Inseam
Take a pair of pants that fit you well and lay them flat. Measure the distance along the inner seam between the crotch and the hem.

Bra - How to Measure

Step 1: Measure your band size.

With your bra on, measure firmly around your rib cage, underneath your breast. The measuring tape should be parallel with the ground. Please reference chart below for band measurements.

Step 2: Measure your cup size.

With your bra on, measure the fullest part of your bust. This works best with a non-padded bra. Make sure the tape is taut and straight.

Step 3: Calculate your bra size.

Subtract your band measurement from your cup measurement. Generally, for each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size.
Range 29"–32" 33"–34" 35"–39" 39"–41" 42"–43" 44"–45"
