Woah, the word just took a gigantic left turn! How are you adjusting to this new way of living?

Work From Home Self-Care Tips

  • Take a shower and put on something comfy and cute. Getting out of your pajamas and putting on clean clothes just makes you feel better.

  • Have a designated workplace that's not your bed or sofa. It can be as simple as the kitchen table.

  • Find a chair that doesn't hurt your back or bottom. 

  • Make a schedule. Give yourself plenty of space to move things around as your day shifts. 

  • Limit screentime and take breaks often. Something as simple as a stretch or a walk around the block will give your eyes some rest from the blue lights. 

  • Pause for lunch. Take the time to make yourself something you enjoy. It doesn't need to be fancy, just yummy. 

  • Manage your expectations. Not every day is going to be your best — no need to add beating yourself up to the to-do list. 

  • Be gentle on yourself as you adjust to a new way of working. 

  • And also, be gentle to the irritated co-worker on the zoom call. They are also adjusting to a new way of working. 

  • Have fun and enjoy your independence.

How to Measure

Bust
Measure around your body under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust.

Waist
Measure around your body at your natural waistline. Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, placing the tape around midway between your crotch and belly button.

Inseam
Take a pair of pants that fit you well and lay them flat. Measure the distance along the inner seam between the crotch and the hem.

 

Bra - How to Measure

Step 1: Measure your band size.

With your bra on, measure firmly around your rib cage, underneath your breast. The measuring tape should be parallel with the ground. Please reference chart below for band measurements.

Step 2: Measure your cup size.

With your bra on, measure the fullest part of your bust. This works best with a non-padded bra. Make sure the tape is taut and straight. 

Step 3: Calculate your bra size.

Subtract your band measurement from your cup measurement. Generally, for each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size.
Range 29"–32" 33"–34" 35"–39" 39"–41" 42"–43" 44"–45"
Size 34 36 38 40 42 44

Example:

Step 1: 33" = 36 Band

Step 2: 38"

Step 3: 38" - 33" = 5", which is an E cup size in Prima Donna or DD in Elomi

Step 4: Refer to Sister size chart to see equivalent cup sizes by brand
