Simply taking a few minutes out of my day to write down things I’m grateful for is my go-to self-care tool. Not only does it make my day a little happier, but all the smart scientist people say gratitude helps you sleep better, have less stress, higher self-esteem, and healthier relationships - all the good things!
A super fun way I stay accountable with my g-list is to email it to a few girlfriends. Sharing my gratitudes with my lady tribe is an excellent way to keep up with those who don’t live nearby. Plus every time I open my email, there’s a list of happy waiting for me (better than Facebook).
An easy way to start is a top three things list. See if you can come up with three things to be grateful for before you walked out the door this morning.
So far today’s g-list reads like this:
Chicory in my coffee
Crisp morning walk with King Lou
Texts from my stepson
Comments will be approved before showing up.
Measure around your body under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust.
Measure around your body at your natural waistline. Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, placing the tape around midway between your crotch and belly button.
Take a pair of pants that fit you well and lay them flat. Measure the distance along the inner seam between the crotch and the hem.
With your bra on, measure firmly around your rib cage, underneath your breast. The measuring tape should be parallel with the ground. Please reference chart below for band measurements.
Step 1: 33" = 36 Band
Step 2: 38"
Step 3: 38" - 33" = 5", which is an E cup size in Prima Donna or DD in Elomi
Step 4: Refer to Sister size chart to see equivalent cup sizes by brand
